JUPITER HORSEMEN’S ASSOCIATION ANNUAL SCHOLARSHIPS
Purpose: To provide a scholarship to a deserving high school graduating senior, who is interested in or intending to pursue courses in the fields of animal husbandry, agriculture, environmental sciences, veterinary medicine, horticulture and related fields.
Award Components: One $1,000.00 scholarship and individual certificate to be awarded to an Applicant selected by the Jupiter Horseman’s Association Scholarship Committee.
Applicant must be a member of Jupiter Horseman’s Association, in good standing.
Applicant must be a graduating high school senior in the year of the award.
Applicant must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
Applicant must have done community service in the two years prior to making the
application. Community service must include volunteering at one or more JHA Shows or other events. This could include the Christmas Parade or Annual meeting preparation etc.
Application Process: (Applicant must submit)
Completed Application Form. Incomplete applications will not be processed.
Letter of Application addressed to the Jupiter Horseman’s Association Scholarship
Committee. The letter should contain a brief explanation of career goals and

Failure to make sure it is received by the deadline will result in not being eligible.
Deadline for Application is May 24, 2020. Applications postmarked after this date will not be considered. Application Packet shall be submitted to:
